# Créer un client / propriétaire

### Étape 1 : Accéder à l'onglet des propriétaires / clients

Commencez par naviguer vers l'onglet "**Propriétaires / Clients**" dans la barre de menu principale.

Ensuite, cliquez sur le bouton "**Ajoutez**".

### Étape 2 : Création du client

1. Saisissez les informations de votre client.
2. Cliquez sur le bouton "**Suivant**"

### Étape 3 : Création du propriétaire

1. Saisissez les informations de votre propriétaire (vous pouvez utiliser le bouton "**Idem Client**" si celles-ci ne différent pas du client).
2. Saisissez les informations sur le bien en gestion.
3. Cliquez sur le bouton "**Suivant**"
